As a native of the Smoky Mountains in Western North Carolina and a former Trout guide in Jackson Hole, WY, Alec brings a wealth of knowledge to the table through his experiences in both fresh and saltwater fly-fishing. Alec has been a fly-casting instructor for years, offering both private lessons as well as group/corporate instruction. Alec welcomes anglers of all skill levels to the boat and although he still gets very excited at the sight of each Redfish, he takes a laid back approach to guiding and makes sure to keep anglers relaxed and having fun. Translation: you will never get fussed at for missing a fish on Alec's boat!!!
