Whether it be exploring the calm inshore waters for Sea Trout and Redfish or venturing offshore for Bigger game including Tarpon, Cobia, King Mackerel and Large Shark (Hammerhead, Tiger and Bull), Capt. Rodney knows where the fish are biting. Capt. Rodney is a Lowcountry native with over 20 years experience fishing and navigating the beautiful backwaters of our island. He can educate you on the history of the islands and various marine life you will encounter while you reel in the "catch of the day." Dolphin sightings occur daily aboard the Miss Carolina, a 22 ft Pursuit with a T-Top for protection from the sun and provides all bait, tackle, ice and cleaning of fish. Anglers just bring what you want to eat and drink, sunscreen and let Capt. Rodney provide the fun in the sun. The Miss Carolina is available year round for 4, 6 or 8 hour charters. The summer months we offer an evening Shark sunset trip for 3 hours. Shark trips are a perfect family excursion, even for the very young. The sharks keep the junior anglers busy and wear them out while mom and dad can enjoy the sunset. The Miss Carolina runs out of South Beach Marina, the closest harbor to the ocean.
