Capt. Toby Russ resides in Kill Devil Hills, NC, and has lived on the Outer Banks since 1995 when he graduated from East Carolina University. He has worked in the charter fishing industry on the Outer Banks for ten years and has fished in the Bahamas, the Florida Keys, Mexico, and Venezuela.

T-Time
21' · Center Console · The "T-Time" is a 21-foot Carolina-built center console outboard designed to fish the inshore and nearshore water of the Outer Banks safely and comfortably. The boat is equipped with GPS, fish finder, VHF radio and cellular telephone. "T-Time" is rigged with 15 rod holders, a 32 gallon livewell, a t-top, and plenty of dry storage in the console with cushioned seating for five.
