Yellow Breeches Outfitters has been a part of Central Pennysylvania fly fishing history since Ed Koch opened the shop in 1973. Starting out as an open air dancehall in the 30's, the vintage building has had a colorful history. The rustic structure on Children's Lake in Boiling Springs was a feed store and a motorcyle repair shop before beginning its fly fishing retail life.

Since that time, Yellow Breeches Outfitters has had 4 owners and has operated consistently as a fly fishing shop and outfitter serving anglers from Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland. In November of 2011 Rowland Harrison became the new owner of Yellow Breeches Outfitters.
