Booking a trip or asking about a guide

We don’t take bookings. To ask about dates, prices or availability, contact the guide directly using the phone, email or website on their listing. Browse guides to find one.

Reporting wrong information

If a listing has the wrong phone number or prices, or the business has closed, email us with a link to the listing and what’s changed. We’ll check it and update it.

Guides and captains

• Not listed yet? Add your charter. It’s free.
• Already listed? Open your listing and click Claim this listing in the green bar near the top. You’ll need a free account. Once you’ve claimed it, you can edit everything yourself.
• Listing no longer showing? It may have been marked inactive after our website checks. Email us and we’ll get it back online.
• Claim stuck, or someone else claimed your business? Email us from an address at your business’s website domain, if you have one. That’s the quickest way for us to confirm you own it.

Your account and privacy

You can change your details or delete your account at any time from your profile page. For anything else about your data, see our Privacy Policy or email us.
